Wendy’s Balsamic Vinaigrette

2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 ½ teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Combine all of the ingredients. Whisk until emulsified. Cover and chill until ready to use.
