My Philosophy
In my approach to helping individuals achieve lifelong fitness, I believe in considering multiple factors that contribute to overall wellness. Beyond exercise, it's essential to provide the body with the necessary elements to thrive and remain resilient. This includes nourishing it with wholesome, nutrient-rich foods, ensuring adequate restorative sleep, engaging in activities that spark joy, and fostering meaningful connections with others. When collaborating with clients, my focus is on crafting comprehensive workout programs tailored to their needs. These programs not only encompass physical exercise but can also integrate nutritious dietary choices aligned with specific goals. I strive to empower individuals to achieve sustainable health and vitality, enabling them to thrive both physically and mentally.

Professional Background

My career began working in the marketing department of a consulting firm providing training and development on leadership, team development and customer service. While working there, I was inspired by the idea of helping others with their personal development goals. I went to graduate school and earned a Master’s Degree in Training and Development. I loved working in a corporate setting designing, developing and facilitating programs and coaching individuals. When my first son was born, I decided to focus on raising my family and switched to part-time independent consulting which was a great balance. Eventually, I shifted gears, obtained more education, and transitioned from workplace training and development to personal fitness and nutrition coaching.
