Home-made Basil Pesto - Fresh from the Garden!

Excellent on pasta or sandwhiches.

2 cups firmly packed basil

¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (I like BelGioioso)

¼ cup pine nuts

½ cup olive oil (use extra light)

2-3 garlic cloves


Combine all ingredients in food processor.
