I’ll email you the pre-meeting questionnaire to complete so I can learn more about your fitness goals, exercise preferences and nutrition habits.


2. Experience a complimentary 60-minute workout with me.

3. Set up our first workout session and discuss the service agreement and payment options.

All programs are designed especially for you based on your goals & include:

 

  • Movement assessments to determine if any corrective exercises are needed.

  • Measurements to track your progress.

  • Yoga and stretching combined with dynamic warm-ups.

  • Strength and conditioning workouts.

  • Cardio workouts based on your preferences; brisk walking, biking, running, interval training (HIIT, Tabata or cardio circuts)

  • Nutrition coaching; guidance on what to eat to achieve the results you want.How to plan healthy meals and snacks to nourish your body with good sources of protein, fat and carbohydrates.

  • Establishing healthy habits to support your program.

Pool Workouts Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm

All sessions include lots of fun, sunshine, great music with a total body sculpting workout including light weights, cardio, barre exercises, yoga poses, resistance bands and more—all in the shallow end of the pool!

 

Morning Yoga Flow Poolside 8:00am-9:00am

What better way to start your day than an energizing yoga flow by the pool. Every session is an opportunity to enjoy nature and create a deeper connection between mind and body.

 

$125 for 6 prepaid sessions or $25 per session

*Prepaid sessions don’t expire.
