Acai and Berry Smoothie or Bowl!

In a bowl or as a smoothie, you can’t beat the extra healthy dose of antioxidants in this delicious treat from acai berries! Use the basic recipe below and improvise with your favorites too!
1 serving. In a blender or bowl combine the following:
.
-(3.5 oz) or 100g frozen unsweetened acai berries *I like Sambazon brand from Whole Foods
-½ banana
-1 cup frozen berries- your choice, my favorite: raspberries, strawberries and/or blueberries
-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein *use your favorite* gives more protein and sweetness
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk *or your choice of milk
Top with any combo of the following: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, almonds, granola, walnuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, banana, etc.
